Acne Wash

Everyone wishes for a glowing and blemish free skin, however, most of the teenagers are victim of acne and pimples. Acne not only causes physical pain and irritation but also affects your social life. Acne is caused due to over production of sebum, oil secreted by sebaceous gland. Acne can be caused due several other reasons also, like: stress, hereditary, unhealthy food, dirt, germs and even hormonal imbalance. Acne can occur on face, upper arms, back and chest. Body acne is troublesome and is commonly found in men. However, with the right treatment and suitable acne controlling measures, you can get rid of acne easily. • Avoid getting in contact with dirt, germs and bacteria. Do not lean over surfaces or touch your skin with dirty hands. Acne makes the skin sensitive and dirt/germs will make it more painful and irritable.

• Use an acne wash to treat body acne. It cleanses and unclogs the pores. It washes away the extra oil. Depending on the usage (daily or alternately) you can buy any acne wash from the market.

• Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water daily. A clean colon is the key to healthy and glowing skin. Water helps in flushing the toxins out of the body thereby keeping the colon clean. Moreover, water keeps the skin hydrated and makes it glow and look beautiful.

• Avoid long exposure to sun. The harmful ultraviolet rays from the sun will not only cause a skin burn but also will worsen your acne.

• Avoid cosmetics as far as possible. Cosmetics contain many harmful chemicals that can worsen your acne. These chemicals can clog the pores. Moreover, make sure that you remove the makeup by cleaning your face before you go to bed.

• Consume healthy food and avoid fatty foods that contain vegetable oil. In addition to it, you can also take multivitamin tablets daily. Adequate amount of multivitamin will strengthen your immune system thereby preventing acne in future.

• Wash your hair frequently. Keep a check on the shampoo or the conditioner that you use. It may seem funny but does matter. The oil from the scalp travels down the face causing acne. There are several dandruff and acne wash shampoos available in the market.

These were few ways to treat acne which you can follow if you want to get rid of acne. Make sure that you chose the right skin product according to your skin type and texture. There are several medications available in the market but consult your dermatologist before you use any.
